Focus on the SETTING WORD file

To gain insight and knowledge from your field experience, your observations must be careful, analytical, and deliberate. Once you have made your observations, you need to consider carefully what you have seen and relate to what you have learned in your program.  Copy and paste this form into a Word file to complete.  Turn in field notes with your report.  The observation report is to be included in your Practicum Portfolio.
